About Delite
Delite is the largest property under the Dastoor brand — fifty thousand square feet of open lawn just off MR-10 and the Indore Bypass road, a twelve thousand square feet covered shed adjoining the lawn, two interconnected AC banquet halls for intimate evenings up to three hundred guests, two on-site kitchens for parallel catering operations, and seventy rooms on site for the immediate family and out-of-town guests.
It is the venue our planners reach for when the function calls for range: a thousand-cover reception on the open lawn, a 500–600 guest sangeet under the covered shed, an AC reception for two hundred under the indoor banquet halls, or a corporate evening that prefers the open-air setting. Three different settings on one plot — the host picks the one that fits the brief, often using two in sequence across the same evening.
The lawn carries comfortably for two thousand-plus guests as a free-flowing reception. The two AC banquet halls are interconnected — they can run as one larger 300-guest space or as two smaller rooms in parallel. Catering is arranged separately by the host, and because there are two kitchens on site, two caterers can run parallel operations without colliding.
