Use the form below to request deletion of the personal information Dastoor holds about you. We verify your mobile number with a one-time code before processing the request — this confirms you are the owner of the data being deleted. We will action your request within thirty days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policy.

What we can delete

Website enquiries — name, mobile, email, occasion, dates submitted via the enquiry form.
WhatsApp conversations — messages exchanged with our official business number.
SMS history — transactional records (OTPs auto-purge after 5 minutes; transactional records after 6 months).
Payment records — the booking record is deleted; the gateway transaction reference and invoice number are retained in pseudonymised form for seven years as required under the Income Tax Act 1961 and Companies Act 2013.
Wedding Planner data — all events, guests, budget, vendors, tasks. Auto-deleted on request or after 6 months of inactivity.

How long it takes

We acknowledge within two business days. We complete the deletion within thirty days. Where data is held by a third-party processor (Meta for WhatsApp, the payment gateway, the SMS gateway), we forward the deletion request and confirm completion to you.
