1. Acceptance
By accessing or using https://www.dastoorgarden.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Dastoor
Dastoor (“Dastoor”, “we”, “our”) is a family-run wedding and event venue group in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, operating three venues — Garden, Delite and Harmony.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
The enquiry form on the Site is a request for information. Submitting it does not create a contract, a reservation or any guarantee of date availability. A booking is confirmed only after a written quotation has been issued by Dastoor and accepted by you with the requisite token amount paid into our designated account.
4. Pricing & quotations
All quotations are valid for fourteen days from issuance unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of GST (charged at applicable rates), and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Indicative figures shared informally — by telephone, WhatsApp, or the Site — do not constitute an offer.
5. Catering
Catering is arranged separately by the host through your own caterer of choice. Dastoor does not provide food services. We are happy to recommend trusted partners in Indore on request.
6. Liquor & regulated services
Where applicable, event-specific liquor NOC processing is handled by us on the host’s behalf, in line with Madhya Pradesh excise regulations. Additional charges may apply.
7. Photography & usage rights
Photographs and other media of the venues displayed on this Site are the property of Dastoor or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit fraudulent or abusive enquiries; (b) attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) use any automated system to harvest content; or (d) infringe upon Dastoor’s intellectual property.
9. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dastoor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our liability arising from a confirmed booking is governed by the separate signed agreement between you and us for that event.
10. Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
